Exploring Ghana

Excursions from the Langma Beach House take place once a fortnight, accompanied by experienced guides to ensure you learn as much as you want about the country.

Sites we visit include:

• Historic coastal forts where soon-to-be-slaves were kept before transportation
• Boti Waterfalls outside Accra
• Kakum National Park, viewed from forest canopy level from a 330m long hanging bridge
• The celebrated stilt village of Nzulezo

One excursion is included free in the cost of your trip, though you are welcome on as many excursions as you want.

You are of course also free to explore Ghana on your own. Gap Year Ghana staff will be happy to provide information and advice.
